The investigating and investigation officer may introduce the accused who cooperates in the investigation and investigation work according to this Act as his witness and give him full or partial exemption from the demand for punishment. However, if his cooperation is not proven by other evidence or If he gives a statement before the investigating officer in such a way that his cooperation with the investigating officer is unfavorable, the case can be filed against him again, regardless of what is written in this Act or the prevailing law.
